Schaevon Miller, SHRM-CP, PHR has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. They served as the Director of People Support at Hersha Hospitality Management starting in May 2021. Prior to this role, they worked for Aimbridge Hospitality for almost 30 years, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources.

Schaevon Miller, SHRM-CP, PHR, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, graduating in 1991. Additionally, they hold several certifications including a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in August 2017. Schaevon also holds a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, obtained in August 2015. In May 2021, they completed the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate program offered by USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
