Svenska Kuswanto Crme

Svenska Kuswanto, CRME has a range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Starting in 2006, Svenska worked as a Room Division Management Trainee at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, gaining experience in areas such as housekeeping, front desk, guest relations, and reservations. From there, Svenska moved on to internships at The Westin Harbor Golf Resort & Spa and Hyatt Regency, where they gained experience in F&B and guest services. Svenska then worked at ISMAYA GROUP as an Assistant Manager of Training, responsible for developing training plans and materials for restaurant staff, as well as assisting management with new outlet openings. Svenska also worked as a Restaurant Supervisor at ISMAYA GROUP. In 2015, Svenska joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company again as a Revenue Analyst Intern before transitioning to a Revenue Management Analyst role at Hersha Hospitality. Overall, Svenska has a diverse background in various aspects of the hospitality industry, including revenue management, training, and guest services.

Svenska Kuswanto, CRME completed their education in the field of hospitality and hotel management. Svenska obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honor degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from Bournemouth University, where they studied from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended the IHTTI School of Hotel Management from 2005 to 2007 and obtained a Swiss Higher Diploma of Hotel Management.

Later on, Svenska pursued further education and completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Hospitality from New York University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015.

Along with their academic qualifications, Svenska also holds several certifications. In 2015, they obtained the Certified Hotel Industry Analyst certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, as well as the Certified Revenue Management Executive certification from HSMAI. Additionally, in 2014, they achieved the Cvent Event Professional Certification from Cvent.
