In 1998, Tommy was promoted to Director of Finance at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, where they continued to assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations and decentralized accounting and reporting activities.

Tommy joined Luxury Hotels and Resorts in 2006 as a Director of Finance, performing similar responsibilities of assisting the General Manager in operations and accounting and reporting activities.

In 2009, Tommy joined Hilton Worldwide as a Director of Finance, where they continued to assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations and accounting and reporting activities.

Finally, in 2015, Tommy joined Hersha Hospitality as a Financial Controller, responsible for all accounting and reporting activities to ownership and management company for a 744-room hotel with meeting space and multiple outlets.
