Winnie F

Winnie F has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Their most recent position was as an Area Sales Coordinator at Hersha Hospitality Management, where they started in December 2022. Prior to that, Winnie worked as a Sales Coordinator at the same company since June 2019.

In 2018, Winnie participated in the Leadership Training Program at The National Society of Leadership and Success. This program provided training in leadership and success skills through an introspective and interactive training session. They also gained experience in setting and achieving goals and received coaching through peer-based leadership development teams.

Before that, Winnie worked as a Guest Experience Agent at Element Hotel from December 2017 to June 2019. Prior to that, they were a Front Desk Supervisor at Comfort Suites Airport from March 2017 to October 2017 and a Front Desk Agent at the same company from August 2016 to March 2017.

Winnie F began their education by obtaining their High School Diploma in Business from North Miami Beach Senior High School between the years 2011 and 2014. Following that, they attended Miami Dade College from 2014 to 2017, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. During their time at Miami Dade College, Winnie also obtained a certification as a Business specialist in Accounting and Budgeting in July 2017.

After graduating from Miami Dade College, Winnie pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Florida International University, which they completed between 2017 and 2019. In addition to their Bachelor's degree, they also earned a Minor in Business Analytics from Florida International University during the same period.
