Alex Martin

Alex Martin has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on revenue management. Alex has held positions with HHM Hotels as an Area Director of Revenue Management since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Highgate as a Complex Director of Revenue Management from October 2022 to May 2023, and at Conrad Nashville as a Director of Revenue Management from February 2022 to October 2022. Before that, they worked at GF Hotels & Resorts as an Area Director of Revenue Management from February 2021 to December 2021. Alex also has experience as a Regional Director of Revenue Management at Pyramid Hotel Group from July 2019 to September 2020 and as an Area Director of Revenue for Hilton Charlotte University Place/Holiday Inn University Place at GF Management from April 2017 to June 2019. Alex started their career at Hilton Worldwide as a Revenue Manager from March 2014 to March 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park as a Front Office Manager from November 2012 to February 2014 and at Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Concord as a Facilities Director and later as an Operations Manager from December 2010 to November 2012, where they managed a team, ensured compliance with quality standards, handled guest requests, and coordinated with the front office and shipping for lost and found items.

Alex Martin attended Johnson & Wales University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Hotel and Lodging Management. They also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management, specializing in Hotel Management.
