Jenifer Holden

Jenifer Holden has extensive work experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Jenifer is currently an Area Director of Operations at Hersha Hospitality Management, where they have been working since 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a General Manager at Hersha Hospitality from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the General Manager at Sleep Inn & Suites / Mainstay in Lufkin, TX, successfully opening and managing a newly built hotel. Before entering the hospitality industry, Jenifer worked as a Regional Manager at Lexus Group, INC from 2002 to 2010 and as a Store Manager at Kirkland's from 1996 to 2001. Jenifer started their career as a student at Stephen F. Austin State University and later the University of Houston. Overall, Jenifer's experience includes various management positions and a strong focus on operations, revenue management, and sales.

Jenifer Holden obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Stephen F. Austin State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended the University of Houston from 1991 to 1993, specializing in English/Language Arts Teacher Education without completing a degree.
