Romy Bhojwani

Romy Bhojwani has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Romy currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Management at HHM Hotels since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Hospitality Market Analytics at CoStar Group from April 2022 to June 2023. From September 2020 to April 2022, they were a member of the Marriott Owner Advisory Council. Romy also worked at Brookfield Asset Management as the Senior Vice President & Head of Hospitality Portfolio Management from April 2020 to April 2022. Before that, they served as the Executive Vice President of Asset Management at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE) from 2016 to April 2020. Romy has also held positions at 360 Capital Advisors, Delta Hotels and Resorts, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, and Hilton Worldwide, where they served in various leadership roles related to asset management and operations.

Romy Bhojwani has a diverse education history. They obtained a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the Swiss School of Business and Management starting in 2023. Before that, they earned a Master of Management in Hospitality degree from Cornell University, attending from 1998 to 2000. In 1993 to 1995, they studied Hotel Administration and Food Technology at Sophia Polytechnic - Mumbai. They began their higher education at Ness Wadia College of Commerce - University of Pune, completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree from 1990 to 1995, specializing in Advanced Accounting, Marketing, and Corporate Law. In addition to their formal education, Romy Bhojwani has obtained several certifications related to the hospitality industry, including Certified Hotel Asset Manager from the Hospitality Asset Managers Association in 2016.
