Tyrone F. has had a diverse range of work experiences. Tyrone started their career as a Senior Contract Manager at Rok, where they remained until 2010. Following that, they worked as a Senior Tutor at Harlow College, specializing in building services qualifications. In 2013, they became a Technical External Quality Consultant at City and Guilds, providing support and training on technical gas issues. Tyrone then moved on to Hertsmere Borough Council, where they served as a Building/M&E Facilities Manager, overseeing compliance monitoring and maintenance contracts. Tyrone also worked as a Freelance Technical Author for City & Guilds for Business, and as a Part-Time Building Services Lecturer/Internal Quality Assurer at Oaklands College. From 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Senior Facilities Manager at Hertfordshire County Council, responsible for contract management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Most recently, they became the Head Of Facilities Management at the Hertfordshire Constabulary, where they manage teams, oversees budgets, and leads decarbonization efforts. In addition, in 2022, they took on a role as a Building Services and Renewables Teacher (Evenings) at Capital City College Group.
