Brad Smith

Brad Smith is an accomplished Web and Digital Services Manager at Hertfordshire County Council since December 2014, with extensive experience in digital management, website usability, and accessibility. Previously, Brad served as Chairman and Committee Member for Garden City Runners, where the new club website was launched. Brad also contributed to the British Red Cross as an ambulance crew member, event first aid volunteer, first aid trainer, and digital manager, overseeing website content and digital media initiatives from December 2003 to September 2016. Early career roles included Assistant Digital Media Manager and Senior Web Officer at ULO Optics Ltd, along with a background as an IT specialist and sales and marketing engineer. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Information Engineering and Technology Management from Sheffield Hallam University and certification in APMG International AgilePM Foundation/Practitioner from The Knowledge Academy.
