John Howard

John Howard is an experienced professional with a diverse career in data management, technology, and search and rescue services. Currently serving as the Data Services Manager at Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service since January 2008, John focuses on data quality, integration, and management of performance and intelligence services. As the Search Manager and Founder of Warwickshire Search and Rescue since November 2011, John leads a voluntary team that aids local police services. Previous roles include Independent Consultant, Technology Manager at BBC DigiLab, and Project Manager at BBC World Service, where expertise in digital audio systems and production technology was developed.
