Rachel Wiles

Rachel Wiles is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Officer at Hertfordshire County Council since April 2014, after previously holding the position of HR Officer - Strategy & Reward. Prior to this, Rachel spent over a decade at Hays Corporate Accounts, where roles included Recruitment Partner, focusing on contractor recruitment for Computacenter, and Team Manager, overseeing temporary and permanent recruitment in accountancy and finance. Rachel holds a BSc (Hons) in Social Psychology from Loughborough University, completed in 2003, and attended Simon Balle All-through School from 1993 to 2000.
