Natalie began their career as an Associate Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial Department at McFaddens LLP. There, they worked on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions and equity capital markets. Natalie then moved to Bates Wells & Braithwaite London LLP, where they worked as a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Corporate, Commercial & Banking Department. Natalie worked extensively on mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, commercial contracts (including outsourcing, franchising and terms & conditions of trade), and banking & finance matters.

In their current role as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Herts for Learning, Natalie is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Natalie Knight-wickens attended The Broxbourne School before studying for a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at The University of East Anglia. Natalie then completed a Legal Practice Course at The College of Law.
