Michael Bukowski

Michael Bukowski is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in treasury management, risk management, and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of International Treasury, Planning, and Pensions at The Hertz Corporation, Michael oversees intercompany loan funding and management, hedging strategies for significant foreign currency exposures, and pension and 401K asset oversight. Prior experience includes roles at CIT, where responsibilities encompassed legal interest expense forecasting, execution of share repurchase programs, and creation of financial presentations for regulatory bodies. Michael began a career in accounting at ADP, leading the accounting close process and mentoring junior staff. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Montclair State University.
