Vikram Rajagopalan

Vikram Rajagopalan currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at Hertz, beginning in May 2024. Prior to this role, Vikram was a Partner at On Deck from August 2020 to October 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the Via hiring network and supporting founders with fundraising, idea validation, and network building. Vikram also played a key role in establishing On Deck's fundraising infrastructure, connecting angel investors with early-stage startups, and leading the On Deck Angel Fellowship. Previous experience includes roles at Swiftscale Biologics as Head of Operations, Delta Air Lines as Head of Ventures, and various positions in product management and event direction. Vikram holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Michigan.
