Erin Hareng

Erin Hareng is a Trustee at Herzing University. Erin was previously the Vice President at Advocate Aurora Health from January 2019 to May 2020. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the newly formed health system following a merger with Advocate Health. This entailed leading all aspects of philanthropic revenue growth strategies, directing the successful launch and expansion of programs, and creating and managing organizational structures, policies, programs, tools, and performance measurements. Erin was also a key leader in hospital and clinic openings as well as an ICU expansion initiative.

Erin Hareng's educational career began with a BA from St. Norbert College. Erin then went on to earn an MA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Erin is currently working towards their PhD at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.
