Charlie Spencer

Charlie Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Charlie'smost recent position was as the President and CEO of HES Facilities, LLC. since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked at ESS as the Executive Vice President and Corporate Officer from December 2016 to May 2020. In this role, they provided guidance for pricing on new contracts, participated in M&A activities, and managed customer contract negotiations. From January 2004 to April 2016, Charlie held the position of President, Education Division - East at GCA Services Group, where they achieved double-digit growth annually. Before that, they served as the Southeast Regional Manager and Partner at Southern Building Service from August 2000 to January 2004, specializing in education janitorial services. Charlie's career began at SSC Service Solutions in January 1979, where they worked their way up to Vice President of the K-12 Education Division.

Charlie Spencer attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1980 to 1986. Charlie earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics during this time.
