Alena Pleuskaya

Alena Pleuskaya has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alena is currently employed at HES FinTech as a Business Analyst since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at The Main Statistical Department of Minsk where they held various senior specialist roles in different sectors such as Construction and Fixed Capital Investment Statistics, Demographic Statistics and Population Census, and Sales methodology. Alena worked at Home Credit Bank as a Specialist in the Sales methodology department and later as a Customer Relations Specialist/Teller.

Alena Pleuskaya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Belarusian State Economic University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2016 to 2017, they attended a retraining course at Minsk State Linguistic University, specializing in Modern foreign language. In 2020, Alena enrolled in ITMINE, where they are currently pursuing a diploma in Business Analysis. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Business Process Modelling in BPMN 2.0 from the Institute IBA in January 2023 and Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in October 2022.
