Dasha Marchenko

Dasha Marchenko has a diverse work experience. Dasha started their career as an Economist at Priorbank in 2016 and later transitioned to the role of Economist/Sales Manager at Belarusbank in 2017. At Belarusbank, they also worked as a Credit Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing the financial situation of enterprises, analyzing business cases and plans, preparing documentation, and minimizing risks. Dasha received a gratitude letter for their work in 2019. In 2020, Dasha joined IT Academy as a Business Analyst, where they worked on an application called "BeSmart" for children aged 6-10 years, focusing on improving communicative skills and teamwork through educational games. Their most recent experience is as a Business Analyst at HES FinTech, starting in 2021.

Dasha Marchenko has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit.Banking from Belarusian State Economic University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. In 2020, they attended IT Academy for a course in Business Analyst and also completed a course on "Основы Jira и Confluence." In the same year, they obtained additional certifications in SQL Essential Training, Business Analysis Foundations, Requirements Elicitation and Analysis, and Agile Foundations from LinkedIn.
