With a specialization in corporate and company law, Remco has held various legal positions at reputable organizations such as ASML Holding NV and Samsung Electronics Benelux. Remco is currently serving as the General Counsel at HES International B.V. and has a post-doctorate degree in Mergers and Acquisitions.
