Fcipd Andrew Mason

Andrew Mason, FCIPD, currently serves as Director of People and Culture at Hesley Group since July 2022. With extensive HR experience, Andrew has been HR Operations Manager at St Anne's Community Services since April 2012, overseeing HR strategy and leading a team of five professionals. Previously, Andrew held multiple roles at St Anne's including Director of Human Resources and HR Advisor, focusing on complex employee relations and business partnering across various sites. Earlier career experiences include HR Advisor and FJF Recruitment Advisor roles at Aspire-i, as well as an HR Assistant position at Cooplands. Andrew holds a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Leeds, an MA in Human Resource Management from Leeds Beckett University, and a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Leeds City College.
