Helen Suwannawongse

Helen Suwannawongse, FCIPD, serves as the Global Director of People and Culture at the Centre for Public Impact since August 2025. Previously, Helen held the position of Human Resources Director at the Natural Resource Governance Institute, focusing on organisational development, HR strategy, and a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across multiple countries. With extensive experience in HR, Helen has worked with Oxfam International in various leadership roles, overseeing HR and organisational development for the Asia region and transforming global talent and resourcing strategies. Other roles include Global HR & Organisational Development Consultant and Director of Operations at Human Resource Services, contributing to cultural transformation and change enablement across diverse sectors. Helen possesses credentials from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a distinction in Human Resources Management.
