Carol Zhang

Carol Zhang currently serves as Director of HR Digital, Analytics & Workforce Services at Hess Corporation, a position held since April 2012. Within Hess Corporation, Carol has progressed through various leadership roles, including Director HR for Unconventional & Midstream, and Senior Manager HR for Global Offshore, among others. Prior to this, Carol worked at Shell from July 2008 to March 2012 as Regional HR Manager for Production, Support and Global Functions, and held multiple positions from December 1993 to 2008, focusing on talent management and HR policy across the Asia Pacific region. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science in General Science & English from Dalian University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Cal State East Bay, College of Business & Economics.
