Keith Thomas

Keith Thomas has extensive experience in the drilling and completions operations sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Drilling & Completions Operations at Hess Corporation since February 2011. This role involves overseeing the ND Bakken Well Factory Drilling and Completions, including frac, coil-tubing, and flow-back activities. Keith has held various senior positions at Hess, focusing on deepwater production exploration and abandonment in the Gulf of Mexico, as well as having served in notable roles such as Drilling Superintendent and Drilling Engineering Senior Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Drilling Engineer at Petrobras and as a Mechanical Engineer at Weatherford. Keith began a career in engineering after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University in 2001, and previously served as a Sonar Technician Submarines and U.S. Navy Diver from 1990 to 1996.
