Brad has a broad experience in leadership, management and training in both the public and private sectors; including the development and accreditation of training and delivery of vocational, higher education, professional development and personal leadership training to a range of audiences. Brad lead IKON through significant growth and change both internally and within the education sector, starting with 32 VET students and growing the training organisation to 764+ students across 23 qualifications, spanning both VET and Higher Education with campus locations across the country.
