Martina Schneider

Martina Schneider has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Martina began their career in 2008 as a REALTOR and CDPE at RE/MAX Elite, where they managed a team of four and specialized in distress properties. In 2015, they moved to RE/MAX Paramount Properties as an Office Manager and REALTOR, overseeing 33 agents and handling accounting responsibilities. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at RE/MAX Greater Atlanta as a REALTOR and Director of Business Operations, where they successfully closed 120 units and implemented efficient systems to ensure client satisfaction. In 2018, they joined The Hester Group - Harry Norman as the Director of Business Operations. Throughout their career, Martina has demonstrated strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to improving the lives of their clients.

Martina Schneider has a diverse education history. In 1985, they obtained their High School Diploma from Campbell County High School. Following that, from 1989 to 1991, Martina attended the Southern Ohio College of Business and earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management. In 2010, they attended the A-Pass-Weikel Institute to study Real Estate Principles.

In addition to their formal education, Martina has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills in the real estate field. In 2011, they became a KHC - Certified Real Estate Agent through the Kentucky Housing Corporation. In 2015, Martina obtained a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License from the State of Georgia. Martina further expanded their knowledge and expertise by acquiring various designations, such as the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) from the National Association of REALTORS®, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) from the Residential Real Estate Council, and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) from the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) in 2016. Martina also earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation from The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing in 2018, followed by the Accredited Relocation Specialist (ARS) certification from Harry Norman, Realtors. Most recently, in 2019, they obtained the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®.
