Jan Heissler

Jan Heissler has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jan started their career as an Apprenticeship Computer Science Clerk at Heubach in 2000. Jan then worked at Clariant, where they held various roles such as Reporting Specialist / IT-Support Strategic Sourcing and Product Management Support. Jan went on to become a Business Controlling, Commercial Project Manager, Global Commercial Black Belt, and Global Pricing Specialist at Clariant. Jan was responsible for driving pricing excellence, implementing process improvements, and leading cross-functional project teams. In 2022, Jan returned to Heubach as the Global Pricing Manager before taking on the role of Commercial Controlling. Jan is currently serving as the Director Commercial Controlling & Pricing at Heubach.

Jan Heissler completed an Executive MBA in Marketing/Marketing-Management, allgemein from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they obtained a Diploma of Advanced Sciences in Controlling from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. In addition to their degrees, they also hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from TÜV Rheinland Group, which they obtained in March 2016.
