Miguel Angel Cunat Walter

Miguel Angel Cunat Walter has over 25 years of work experience in various sales and managerial roles within the chemical industry. Miguel Angel is currently the Director of Sales for Southern Europe at Heubach, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Colorants Solutions Iberica SLU as the Head of Sales for the South Europe BU Pigments and Global Key Account Manager from 2021 to 2023. From 2020 to 2021, they held the position of Key Account Manager and Sales Manager for the BU Pigments in plastics and coatings at Colorants Solutions Iberica SAU. Before that, they worked at CLARIANT PLASTICS & COATINGS (IBERICA) SA as a Key Account Manager and Sales Manager for the BU Pigments from 2018 to 2019, and as the Sales Manager for Pigments Plastics & Coatings Iberia from 2017 to 2018. Miguel's career began in 1996 at BASF Espanola S.L. as a Plant Manager Assistant. Miguel Angel then worked at Targor GmbH as a Project Manager for a new polypropylene plant in Colombia from 1998 to 2001. Miguel Angel continued their career at Basell as a Technical Application Manager for PP compounds from 2001 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Clariant SE Spain as the Sales Manager for South Europe Additives/Pigments until 2017. Overall, Miguel Angel Cunat Walter has demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise in sales, key account management, and leadership positions within the chemical industry.

Miguel Angel Cunat Walter pursued their education from 1986 to 1996 at the Universität des Saarlandes. During this period, they obtained a Doctorado en Quimica degree in the field of Química analítica, specializing in HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) and HPCE (High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis).
