Elisa Spina has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Elisa started their career in 2015 as an Assistant Administrative at the Consolato Generale d'Italia a Buenos Aires, where they worked from March to December. In 2016, they moved to the Consolato Generale d'Italia a Barcellona, where they served as an Assistant Administrative from September 2016 to August 2017.

In 2018, Elisa joined Affinity Petcare as a Customer Service Specialist OTC. Elisa held this position from January 2018 to October 2021. Later, they took on the role of a Customer Service Grocery Italy Coordinator from November 2021 to June 2022. Elisa'snext role was at Heura Foods, where they worked as an International Customer Service Specialist starting from June 2022.

Currently, Elisa is employed at Heura Foods as a Customer Service Specialist & Business Process Manager since May 2023.

Elisa Spina has a diverse educational background in social sciences and sociology. Elisa obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Calabria, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's Degree in Economic and Social Sciences for Development and Cooperation at the same institution, completing their degree in 2012. In the same year, Elisa also pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Sociology at Università degli studi Roma TRE. In 2011, they briefly attended Universidad del Salvador to study International Relations. Elisa further expanded their knowledge in sociology by pursuing a Master's Degree in Economic Sociology at Universidad Nacional de San Martín from 2013 to 2016. Finally, they briefly studied sociology at Universidad Pública de Navarra from 2007 to 2008.
