Leticia Monti

Leticia Monti is an experienced R&D professional currently serving as the R&D Platform Manager at Heura Foods since November 2022. Prior to this role, Leticia spent nearly nine years at Mondelēz International, where sequentially held positions from Scientist I to Senior Scientist I, focusing on productivity, quality improvements, and new product development in the Gum and Candy category. Leticia's key achievements include leading the successful launch of Dirol Charcoal White in 2020 for the Russian and Eurasian markets and enhancing process development projects. Earlier experience includes roles at Unilever, where Leticia was involved in pilot trials and shelf life studies. Leticia holds a degree in Food Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
