Sonia Torres possesses extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as an independent sales manager since September 2019, focusing on a portfolio of clients within the Horeca, Retail, and Group sectors for plant-based, organic, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free products. As an account manager at Foods For Tomorrow since July 2018, Sonia is instrumental in promoting a more efficient and sustainable plant-based food model to meet the growing demand for healthy dietary options.
