Asaf Marcovich has an extensive background in operations, management, and engineering roles. Asaf is currently working as the Head of Operations at Heven Drones since December 2021. Previously, they served as the General Manager at A.Blitzblow from October 2018 to November 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Operations Israel at Q Medical Devices, a Q Company from August 2016 to October 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Operations Manager Raphael at TALIS Group from September 2013 to August 2016. Asaf's earlier experience includes various roles at Plasan, where they served as a Site Manager from January 2011 to September 2013, Head of the Steel Division from November 2008 to January 2011, Engineering Team Leader from July 2007 to November 2008, and Methods Engineer from July 2006 to July 2007.
Asaf Marcovich pursued their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Industrial Engineering from 2002 to 2006 at Braude Academic College. Asaf then went on to enroll at The Open University of Israel, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management between 2009 and 2012.
