Andreas Schletter

Andreas Schletter has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In 1988, they began their career as an HR Professional at Rheinische Post Verlagsgesellschaft mbH, where they worked until 1999. In 1999, they joined AMS (CGI) American Management Systems as an HR Manager, a role they held until 2005. During this time, they also worked at CGI as an HR Manager from 1999 to 2005. In 2005, Andreas joined HEW-KABEL GmbH as the Director of HR Cable Specialty, a position they continue to hold. In the same year, they also took on the role of Director HR BU-Cable Specialty at Belden Inc., where they worked until 2009. Overall, Andreas has amassed significant experience in HR management, specializing in cable and related industries.

Andreas Schletter attended FH Niederrhein from 1994 to 1998, where they studied Business Management. In 1995, they also completed an Ausbildereignungsprüfung at IHK-Düsseldorf. Prior to this, from 1992 to 1994, they pursued a degree as a Personalfachkaufmann at IHK-Düsseldorf, focusing on HR. Andreas began their education journey by completing a Berufsausbildung in Verlagskaufmann at Kfm. Schule III in Düsseldorf from 1988 to 1991.
