Erin Parker is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Hewison Private Wealth since June 2025, Erin previously held multiple roles at RSPCA Victoria, including Head of People & Infrastructure and Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at QBE Insurance, Organisational Development Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Willis, Human Resources Coordinator at Sunsuper, and Human Resources Administrator at Citigate Sebel Hotel – Mirvac. Erin holds a Diploma of Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from CAE, and a Diploma of Positive Psychology & Wellbeing from Langley Group Institute.
