Andrej Gašpierik

Andrej Gašpierik is an accomplished engineering program manager with extensive experience in project management and process optimization across various industries. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Andrej holds the position of Engineering Program Manager Specialist since August 2021. Previously, at HELLA, responsibilities included the production launch of interior lighting, industrialization leadership, and coordination of change management for projects related to Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Andrej also worked as a Project Engineer at LEONI, overseeing production processes for wire harness testing and implementing lean manufacturing principles. Prior experiences include roles as a Lean Specialist Intern at Emerson, where optimization of production processes was key, and as an Electrician at NDB Elektrotechnik GmbH & Co. KG. Andrej's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Electrical Manufacturing and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Radioelectronics, both from Brno University of Technology, complemented by education at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete.
