Idan Shama

Idan Shama is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Team Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since December 2021, Idan previously held roles at Zerto from July 2018 to December 2021, including Senior Team Lead and Squad Lead, where responsibilities encompassed guiding teams in enterprise disaster recovery solutions. Prior experience includes leadership roles at iMDsoft and the Israeli Air Force, where Idan contributed to R&D decisions and developed communication-related products. Idan holds a B.Sc. in Software Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering and a PE in Software Engineering from Ort Singalovski College.
