Jon Green

Jon Green is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity and networking. Currently serving as CTO and CSO at HPE Aruba Networking since November 2023, Jon previously held various leadership roles within Aruba, including Chief Security Officer and VP of Security CTO. Jon is an active member of the Merlin Advisory Council and a "Villager" at Team8's CISO Village, engaging with senior cybersecurity executives to foster collaboration and innovation. With a long history of significant contributions at DEF CON, including serving on the CFP Review Board, Jon’s career also includes technical marketing and product management positions at Companies such as Foundry Networks, Atrica, Nortel Networks, and Iowa Network Services. Jon holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Master of Science in Computer Science, emphasizing leadership and information security.
