Nick Fleming

Nick Fleming has over 30 years of work experience, starting with roles at International Paint, Schlumberger, and Volvo Trucks in finance and management accounting. In 1994, they became a Business Operations Manager at HarperCollins Publishers. From 1995 to 2012, they held various management positions at Hewlett-Packard, including Director of Sales Compensation Global Process and Director of Sales Compensation in Asia Pacific and Japan. Nick then worked at Dell as a Director of Global Sales Compensation before joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2014. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, they have held positions such as Director of Sales Compensation and Vice President of Global Operations.

Nick Fleming attended the University of Strathclyde from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a BA degree in Economics and Finance. In 1996, they attended The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants for a short period, earning an ACMA degree in Accounting and Business/Management.
