Shady Hakim

Shady Hakim is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across multiple industries and regions, currently serving as the Regional Country HR Leader for Hewlett Packard Enterprise since May 2023. With a background in consulting as a Human Resources Consultant at On-Hire since January 2021, Shady has also held significant roles such as Egypt Head of HR at IHS Towers and Human Resources Manager at Mercedes-Benz Egypt. Previous positions include Sr. Talent Manager & OD and HRBP at Nestlé, where key responsibilities involved driving organizational change and talent management. Early career experiences include HR SAP Consultant and Ground Handling Agent roles. Shady holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Finance from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
