Shiyue Hou

Shiyue (Jason) Hou is a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University, specializing in Embedded Design, Simulation, Performance Evaluation, and Parallel Processing for Data Analytics. Currently interning at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory within the Scalable Computing & Data Team, Shiyue has previous experience as a research intern at NetApp, where methodology for performance measurement was redesigned, and as a Senior Software Engineer at bilibili Group, developing cross-platform applications. Shiyue has also held roles at Intel Corporation, focusing on data conversion projects and automation, along with a background in IT support at Lamar University. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lamar University, and a Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Inner Mongolia University.
