Venky Rangachari

Venky Rangachari has an extensive work experience in the technology industry. Venky is currently serving as the Vice President Global IT at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since April 2020. Additionally, they are also an Advisor at Transmit Security since October 2022.

Before these roles, Venky was a Member of the Forbes Technology Council, starting in September 2018. Venky was also an Advisor at Armorblox (now part of Cisco) from June 2020 to July 2023, and an Advisor at Lastline, Inc. (now part of VMware) from January 2019 to June 2020.

Prior to these advisory positions, Venky worked as the VP IT & Security at Anaplan from August 2016 to December 2019. Venky was a CIO/CTO consultant at CIO Professional Services LLC from May 2014 to March 2016.

Venky has also held significant positions at Thomson Reuters as the Global Head of Data Analytics from 2011 to 2013, and at Wyndham Destinations as the CTO from 2009 to 2011. Venky started their career as the CIO at Starcite, Inc. from March 2007 to June 2009.

Venky Rangachari pursued a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras from 1989 to 1992. Concurrently, they also completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Information Technology during the same period.
