Giorgia Pellizzari

Giorgia Pellizzari is the Head of Custody at Hex Trust. Giorgia has previously worked at AMPLIFY TOKENIZED SOLUTIONS PTE LTD, Women in Tech APAC, and Unhashed, where they were a cryptocurrency/blockchain writer. Giorgia has also worked at the FinTech Association of Hong Kong and Holdex. From April 2015 to January 2018, they were the Scrum Master and Team Culture Lead at MiQ Corp, a music tech company that provides software solutions through Apple ecosystem and blockchain technology in partnership with Musicoin.org. Giorgia was responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings, conflict resolution, coaching of Scrum team members, forecasting sprint deliverables, and collecting and consolidating sprint data and developers KPI. Giorgia also supported the Scrum team in task estimation and sprint planning, helped team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them, shielded their team from outside distractions and interferences, ensured the correct use of scrum process, tracked and removed impediments, and headed recruitment and on-boarding of product development team. Some of the projects they worked on include the Jamn Player app (Apr 2015 – Jan 2018), Mixably app (Jul 2015 – Jan 2018), and Bump app (Oct 2016 – Jan 2018). In July 2016, they helped organize Cathay Pacific's first Hackathon.

Giorgia Pellizzari has an Academy Professional Graduate degree in Project Management from KEA Tech Lounge, a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Giorgia also has certification from Transcend International in Transformational Coach - TRAINING IN PROGRESS, Scrum.org in Professional Scrum Master, and Lederne - Danmarks største lederorganisation in PRINCE2.

They work with Joe Caselin - Head, Marketing, Rafal Czerniawski - CTO & Co-Founder, and Dario Capodici - Head, Financing. Their manager is Alessio Quaglini, CEO & Co-Founder.
