Hanjeev Singh

Hanjeev Singh has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present day. Hanjeev currently holds the position of Senior Digital Business Analyst (Agile) at Nimble Approach since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Ministry of Justice Digital & Technology as a Senior Digital Business Analyst (Agile) from 2020 to 2022. Hanjeev played a vital role in implementing a new Education/Employment service, involving the creation of microservices and APIs to consolidate data from different systems into one digital platform.

Before joining Nimble Approach, Hanjeev worked as an Agile/Product Business Analyst at BookingGo from 2019 to 2020. Hanjeev was involved in a company-wide retransformation program, which included creating a new search and supply API to improve search speed, accuracy, and data quality.

From 2017 to 2019, Hanjeev worked as a Business Analyst at Computershare, where they focused on regulatory and companywide projects. During this time, they played a key role in the agile delivery of a retention-based deletion capability across multiple internal and third-party applications.

Prior to that, Hanjeev worked as a Business Analyst at CURO Transatlantic Limited from 2016 to 2017, where they were responsible for leading the business change lifecycle of major projects and shaping roadmaps of products and IT.

Hanjeev'searlier experiences include working as a Business Analyst at Drax Power from 2013 to 2016, where they were involved in various projects and worked closely with stakeholders and contractors. Hanjeev also worked at Telefonica UK from 2007 to 2013, where they held roles in the Product Design team and as a Technical Team Manager for O2 Broadband. At Telefonica, they worked on multiple projects, including the introduction of home phone propositions and process improvement initiatives.

Before joining Telefonica, Hanjeev worked as a Domain Administrator at Fujitsu Technology Solutions from 2006 to 2007.

Throughout their career, Hanjeev has showcased their expertise in agile methodology, business analysis, project management, and strategic planning, making valuable contributions to various organizations.

Hanjeev Singh completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing from Leeds Beckett University from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Buttershaw High School from 2000 to 2002 where they pursued A levels. Hanjeev also attended Buttershaw High School from 1997 to 2000 and received their GCSE, achieving 9 GCSEs with grades A-C, including Mathematics, English Language, and Science.

In addition, Hanjeev Singh obtained various certifications. In November 2015, they earned the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT. In July 2015, they received the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. In March 2015, they obtained the BCS Certificate in Modelling Business Process as well as the Foundation Certificate in Business Change, both from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Furthermore, they acquired the BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice in February 2015 and the BCS Certificate in Requirements Engineering in January 2015, both from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
