Tommaso Natale

Tommaso Natale is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering, product development, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as MD Head of Engineering at Hex Trust since December 2021, Tommaso previously held the position of CTO at BGL and co-founded Zwoop and Flexi-go Limited, where innovative e-commerce solutions were developed. Earlier roles include Chief Technology Officer at Powa Technologies and ZNAP™, where Tommaso focused on omnichannel commerce and product strategy. A partner at McKinsey from 1999 to 2014, Tommaso advised leading institutions across multiple countries and sectors, specializing in technology transformation, operations improvement, and M&A on technology assets. Tommaso began a career in consulting at Ernst & Young Consulting and holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
