Ketty Raz began working at Bllink in February 2020 as a BDR, managing sales and account management tasks in a fast-paced startup setting. After that, Ketty transitioned to Hexa3D in May 2021, assuming the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they managed the entire recruitment process and collaborated with hiring managers to define job profiles. Ketty then took on the title of Employee Experience Manager, overseeing the employee experience lifecycle and planning company events at Hexa3D. Ketty continuously works closely with stakeholders to effectively execute welfare projects and ensure a positive employee experience.
