Magesh Ezhumalai

Magesh Ezhumalai has a diverse work experience in business analysis and project management. Magesh began their career at SR Softwares, where they served as a Business Analyst for the Smart Education Management product from February 2010 to March 2011. Magesh then worked at Jini Global Technologies as a Business Analyst for the Department of Civil Aviation project from April 2011 to September 2012. Following this, they joined ISG Novasoft Technologies Limited as a Business Analyst for the Catapult (Loan Origination Product) Mascoma Savings Bank from October 2012 to December 2013.

In 2013, Magesh joined Axalta Coating Systems at HexaCorp Technical services as a Lead Business Analyst, a role they held until October 2016. Magesh then transitioned to Shearman and Sterling, where they served as a SharePoint BA/QA Lead for the SharePoint migration project from October 2016 to October 2017.

From October 2017 to September 2018, Magesh worked at Freddie Mac as a Senior Business Analyst Lead for the Nintex Transformation project. Magesh then joined San Diego Gas & Electric as a Senior SP Business Analyst for the Cold Fusion to O365 migration project from October 2018 to August 2019.

In 2019, Magesh moved to Radian Group Inc. where they worked as a Scrum Master and Senior Business Analyst for the One Radian project from August 2019 to March 2020. Magesh then joined Transamerica as a Scrum Master/Senior Business Analyst for the SharePoint on-prem to O365 migration project from April 2020 to October 2021. Currently, they are working at HexaCorp LLC as a Senior Business Analyst since October 2016.

Throughout their career, Magesh has demonstrated their ability to coordinate with stakeholders, conduct interviews, develop process flows and solutions, and provide leadership in various project initiatives.

Magesh Ezhumalai has a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from CIMAT (Coimbatore Institute of Management and Technology). Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from St Josephs College Arts Science. Additionally, they completed their secondary education at St. Pauls matriculation higher secondary school with a focus on Computer Science. Magesh has also earned certifications such as SAFe POPM from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2023 and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in April 2021.
