Sunil Raj

Sunil Raj has a diverse work experience in various companies, primarily focusing on Genesys technology. Sunil began their career at SmartConnect Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where they worked as a Genesys Engineer for five years. During this time, they implemented and supported various Genesys components such as Framework, Voice, eServices, Routing, GVP, and Reporting. Sunil also handled product support and troubleshooting for Genesys CTI and IVR.

Afterward, Sunil joined Tech Mahindra as a Genesys CTI Consultant, where they continued to implement and configure Genesys components in test and production environments. Sunil also played a crucial role in managing calling lists, agent groups, campaigns, and dialing filters using tools like GA and OCM.

Later, Sunil worked at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Consultant, specializing in Genesys Outbound design, deployment, troubleshooting, and configuration. Sunil had extensive experience in monitoring all Genesys applications, installing and configuring user interface tools, and debugging log files.

Sunil then joined BT as a Network Design Professional, focusing on Genesys components and solutions. Their responsibilities included requirement analysis, designing and implementing inbound voice, outbound, and eServices solutions in both Linux and Windows environments.

Before their current role, Sunil worked at Mindtree as a Technical Lead, primarily involved in Genesys Contact Center Implementation, Design, and Migration. Sunil managed the migration of contact center agents from legacy systems to the Genesys environment and also handled WDE configuration and provision to enhance contact center specialist workflows.

Currently, Sunil is employed at HexaCorp as a Senior Genesys Developer, where they utilize their expertise to contribute to the development of Genesys solutions.

Overall, Sunil Raj has demonstrated a strong background in Genesys technology, with extensive experience in implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of various Genesys components and solutions.

Sunil Raj obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Sunil has also obtained various certifications from Genesys and Microsoft. These include the CSS - All Star Award 2022 from Genesys, and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification. Sunil has also obtained multiple certifications from Genesys, such as the Genesys Design Thinking Explorer, Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) certifications in various areas, including eServices, CIM Troubleshooting Support, and SIP Server, as well as certifications in Genesys Cloud CX, Workforce Management, Quality Management, Architecture, and Scripting. Sunil has demonstrated a commitment to continuing education and gaining expertise in various areas of technology.
