Don Ruddy

Don Ruddy has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Don recently joined Hexagon Agility in October 2021 as the Vice President Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Continental Mills for seven years as a Plant Manager. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Plant Director at Sunny Delight Beverages Co., where they were responsible for plant results and implementing lean principles. At Procter & Gamble, Don held various roles including Tide Pods Launch Leader, NA Tide Pods Manufacturing Capability Leader, IWS and Operations Manager, and Operations Manager from 2008 to 2013.
