Wesley Hicks

Wesley Hicks has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Tier 3 Technical Advisor at Time Warner Cable, where they troubleshooted internet, phone, and cable issues for customers. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Mac+ Administration at Apple, providing iOS advising and technical support to customers. In 2018, they became a Private Investigator at Agency One Investigations Inc. Wesley then joined OSG in 2019 as a Senior System Administrator and later transitioned to the role of IT Consultant. Since 2020, they have been working at Hexagon Agility, initially as an IT System Administrator and currently as an IT Manager.

Wesley Hicks obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Game and Interactive Media Design from Full Sail University. Wesley attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
