Sujata Sajwan

Sujata Sajwan is the CoFounder and Executive Director of Hexagon Executive Search, a leading recruitment firm established in 2004 in Pune, known for its strong client relationships and high-quality recruitment services. Prior to this role, Sujata served as Client Service Manager at Capntel Executive Search from September 2001 to May 2004, where the firm quickly gained recognition in senior and middle management searches, particularly within the IT, ITES, Engineering, and Pharmaceutical sectors. Sujata’s educational background includes studies at Symbiosis International University, University of Mumbai, and Mumbai University, along with early education at H.O.C School.
