Micah Bench

Micah Bench has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Micah has worked as an Executive Product Director at Hexagon US Federal since 2021, where they develop and executes U.S. government go-to-market and operational strategies. Prior to that, they worked at Motorola Solutions from 2016 to 2021, holding roles such as Senior Account Manager - DOD Midwest, where they were responsible for identifying mission critical requirements and providing appropriate products and services to their clients in the Midwest Territory. Before that, they worked at Trimble Navigation Limited, starting in 2005, where they held various roles including Federal Account Manager, Proposal Manager, Contract Program Manager, and Government Sales Representative. During their tenure, they secured significant contracts, developed and managed government programs, and established key partnerships. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Branch Sales Manager at Fastenal Company and served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant.

Micah Bench pursued higher education starting in 1996 at Sinclair Community College, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. Following this, from 1998 to 2003, they attended Wright State University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership.
